SHIPPING POLICIES:

SHIPPING IS ONCE A WEEK VIA GLS (usually Wednesday). THIS INCLUDES TRACKING AND INSURANCE.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENS WITH A PACKAGE ONCE IT IS TENDERED TO GLS.

WE HAVE ACCESS ONLY TO THE SAME TRACKING INFORMATION AS PROVIDED AT SHIPMENT.

IF YOUR ITEM IS:

  • LOST

  • STOLEN

  • MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT MISSING

  • DELAYED IN THE MAIL

  • NOT SHOWING TRACKING PROGRESS

  • ANY OTHER SHIPPING VARIATION

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. THAT MUST BE HANDLED DIRECTLY BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND GLS.

WE ARE UNABLE TO TELL YOU ANY MORE INFORMATION ABOUT WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS OTHER THAN WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH THE TRACKING INFORMATION.

THE BEST OPTION TO REMEDY ANY OF THE ABOVE IS FOR THE CUSTOMER TO CONTACT GLS DIRECTLY.

IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED IN THE MAIL PLEASE EMAIL ROBYNNSTORGAARD@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ARRIVAL AND WE WILL SORT OUT A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND WITH THE CARRIER. AFTER THIS TIME FRAME WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH REFUND / DAMAGES.

International:

Please note Customs / Duties / or VAT is not included in the purchase price of your order.  The customs office in your country will asses the duties when you receive your parcel.  We do not know how much the duties will be, this is entirely dependent on your country. We fill out our customs forms accurately with the full value of the item listed on the form and will not mark parcels as gifts. We are not responsible for customs or duties for your package.  If you choose to refuse delivery because you do not want to pay duties, there will be no refund if your parcel is returned to us.  SIMILARLY, ONCE THE ITEM LEAVES THE COUNTRY, WE HAVE NO ACCESS ASIDE FROM THE TRACKING INFORMATION.
